Overview
Satori is practice management software built for independent coaches. It starts at the discovery call, with booking pages and prompts that help qualify a prospect before you meet. Once a client signs on, you can bundle sessions into multi-session packages with intake forms, check-ins, and progress tracking, and generate a coaching agreement from your own template. Clients book and reschedule themselves against your synced calendar. Billing runs on scheduled invoices or subscriptions, and the platform can report your coaching hours for ICF credentialing. Coaches still studying for a certification can use a free plan for pro bono clients.
