Overview
CoachVantage is all-in-one software for running a coaching practice, from a coach in training to a firm with group programs. You can publish branded sign-up pages for one-to-one programs, send contracts for e-signature with an audit trail, and attach intake and check-in forms. Clients book their own sessions against a two-way calendar sync and see notes, files, and goals in a branded portal. Invoices can be one-off or recurring. Group programs, cohorts, and online courses sit on the higher plan. The platform also logs paid and pro bono coaching hours for certification applications.
