These terms cover mentr.me, which operates this site and sells the paid options on it. Contact: hello@mentr.me. Using the site means accepting them. They are short because the site is simple.
On accuracy
The point of this site is that its figures can be checked, and a lot of work goes into that. Every number names its publisher and the year the data describes, and anything that cannot be traced is marked as such rather than quietly included.
That is a commitment to method, not a guarantee of outcome. Sources get revised, studies get superseded, and mistakes happen. Nothing here is warranted as accurate, complete, or current, and you should verify anything you are going to rely on. If you find something wrong, saying so is genuinely useful and it will be corrected.

Mentr writes about mentoring, workplace programs, and the research behind them. None of it is legal, financial, employment, medical, or human resources advice, and none of it is tailored to your situation. Decisions about how you run a program, employ people, or spend money are yours to take with people who know your circumstances.

The writing on this site belongs to Mentr unless it says otherwise. Quoting it with attribution and a link is welcome and needs no permission. Republishing whole articles, or feeding the site to something that reproduces it as its own, is not.
Figures, studies, and quotations belong to whoever produced them. Where a source is named, the terms of that source apply to it rather than these.

Paid options for the tool library
Tools that apply to the library can pay for express review or for a placement. Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the submit and sponsor pages. The seller is mentr.me. Payments are processed by Stripe; the charge appears on your statement as MENTR.ME.
Express review is a one-time fee for each application. It buys a decision within 3 business days of payment and, if the tool is not approved on that first attempt, written feedback on what would need to change. Business days are Monday to Friday in UK time, not counting bank holidays in England and Wales. It does not buy approval. Express review fees are not refundable once paid.
New featured placements are a single payment for 30 days from an activation date agreed by email. They do not renew automatically. We check eligibility and available space before sending a payment link. Payment does not publish a listing or activate a placement by itself. After activation, the placement runs for the agreed period, with no partial refunds. No minimum views, clicks, leads, or sales are guaranteed. Placement reports cover activity recorded from visitors who accept optional analytics, rather than every visitor.
A legacy monthly placement, if you already have one, retains its existing billing terms. You can cancel it any time. It then runs to the end of the period already paid for, and there are no partial refunds. To cancel, use the Stripe billing portal. New requests cannot buy a sponsored label alone. Availability and changes
The site is offered as it is, with no promise that it stays online or unchanged. Articles get updated when the underlying facts change, and pages carry a date so you can see when that last happened. These terms may be revised, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
