Overview
My Coach Office is an online admin center for coaches who want to move client work off paper and spreadsheets. Each client gets a private coaching file with session notes, homework, and a shared journal for notes before and after sessions, behind a client login that carries your branding. Clients book themselves into your online calendar. The platform also handles invoicing with billing reports, mass email to all clients or groups, a resource library, and as many online courses as you want to run. An enterprise plan lets up to 10 coaches share one account.
