Projects move through pipeline stages you define, with triggers that advance them automatically, and scheduling links let clients book time. Built-in AI drafts email replies and prepares meeting summaries, and the account can be queried from ChatGPT. HoneyBook is available to businesses in the United States, Canada, the UK, and Australia.
