Overview
MentorcliQ is employee mentoring software for HR and learning and development teams. It handles mentor and mentee matching, runs several mentoring programs side by side, and tracks participation and outcomes so program owners can report results. A companion product, CommunityCliQ, manages employee resource groups and other internal communities. The platform connects to HRIS and single sign-on systems and to the chat, conferencing, and calendar tools employees already use, and participants can use a mobile app. Pricing is quoted for each organization.
