These terms cover mentr.me. Using the site means accepting them. They are short because the site is simple.

On accuracy

The point of this site is that its figures can be checked, and a lot of work goes into that. Every number names its publisher and the year the data describes, and anything that cannot be traced is marked as such rather than quietly included.

That is a commitment to method, not a guarantee of outcome. Sources get revised, studies get superseded, and mistakes happen. Nothing here is warranted as accurate, complete, or current, and you should verify anything you are going to rely on. If you find something wrong, saying so is genuinely useful and it will be corrected.

Mentr writes about mentoring, workplace programmes, and the research behind them. None of it is legal, financial, employment, medical, or human resources advice, and none of it is tailored to your situation. Decisions about how you run a programme, employ people, or spend money are yours to take with people who know your circumstances.
